Track Every Coin gets a Dashboard

We are super excited to bring Track Every Coin’s Dashboard to you.

What is a Dashboard?

The dashboard is a graphical snapshot of your finances. It gives you a bird’s eye view of your income, expenses, savings and budget for each month that enables you to quickly analyze your finances.

Unless you measure something it is difficult to improve on, or take action. Our Dashboard gives you the power of measuring your financial status!

We have used Ajax technology to ensure that you can browse through the graphs without a screen refresh.

Income Vs Expense:

This is the most important graph for everyone of us. How much do I earn and how am I spending! You can scroll through different months and compare your expenses/income with previous months.

Expense vs Savings:

We all have different things that we save up for. Now it is easy to measure your savings across different months.

Expense vs Budget:

Stay on top of your budget and measure results. This is a budget vs expense graph that gives you a pat on the back whenever your expense is within the set budget and make you cautious whenever you exceed it. You can change your monthly budget to meet newer targets.

Bill reminders:

Along with basic metrics of your finance, we have built a unique way of keeping track of your bills. Our bill reminders are closely integrated with adding expenditure.

How to add a reminder?

To add a new reminder, click on the “Add” button on the reminder block. You can give a description, select a category, leave the amount as zero if you dont know the actual amount, select the frequency and the date when you need the reminder.

Under frequency we have Weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly and Yearly reminders.

On the dashboard we always show you the list of bills you need to pay in the future. Once you are approaching the date, we will send you an email.

When you complete a reminder and click on the tick mark and here is what you see:

Add completed task to expense:

You will have two options.

1. You can add your bill reminder to expense and mark it as complete by clicking on “Add to Expense”.

2. Or mark the reminder as completed, without adding it to expense.

When you click on either of the button, future recurring reminders are automatically added and we will inform you about it!

This way you can setup all your bills like, House rents, Insurance payments, Phone bills and other reminders and let Track Every Coin do the job of reminding you the deadlines!
